Water Treatment Plant Operator - (City of Franklin)

 The City of Franklin, Kentucky is accepting applications for a Water Treatment Plant Operator.  Operator will answer directly to the Superintendent of the Water Treatment Plant.  Job duties include, but not limited to, performing quality performance tests and protocol, analysis sample collection, and preventative maintenance.    Qualifications:  Successful completion of high school curriculum or GED equivalent.  BS degree preferred but not required.  Class IV Water Treatment Operator certification preferred, or must be able to acquire all four Kentucky Division of Water (DOW) Water Treatment Operator Certifications for the treatment of surface water within the State approved timeframe.
