Cancellation Refund Policy

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Training Seminars and Conferences

Kentucky Rural Water Association will assess a minimum $25 processing fee* for cancellations of training seminars or conferences that require a registration fee. To be eligible for a partial refund, cancellations must be received at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled session. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after that deadline.

Substitutions are permitted at any time.

*Refunds are based on registration fee, with a minimum processing fee of $25.
