The Sustainable Utility Management training is designed to help water and wastewater utilities identify and evaluate the ten key management areas essential to long-term operational sustainability. Participants will assess their utility's current performance in each area, evaluate existing accomplishments, identify opportunities for improvement, and establish priorities based on their system's specific needs.
The training will place particular emphasis on four critical areas: cybersecurity, disaster recovery, revenue enhancements, and process improvements. Participants will also learn how to develop a Sustainable Utility Management Action Plan that outlines practical strategies, establishes measurable goals, and supports continuous improvement and long-term success.
