2026 Management Conference - Exhibitor

Exhibitor Preparation Tips

The Tabletop Exhibit fee includes an eight (8)-foot table, two chairs, electricity (please bring extension cords), and registration for two company representatives, including lunch and the Member Appreciation Reception on Wednesday.

Exhibitor registration opens at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday, with exhibitor setup beginning at 7:30 a.m. Please note that Tuesday setup is not permitted, as the exhibit hall will still be under construction.

Unlike our Annual Conference, an online exhibit floor plan will not be available for companies to select their table location. However, Corporate Partners will have the opportunity to reserve a specific table in advance. These companies will also receive a special listing in the conference printed materials and recognition at their assigned table.

With limited tabletop space available, we encourage companies interested in exhibiting to register early.
