Exhibitor Preparation Tips

TABLETOP EXHIBIT fee includes an eight (8) foot table and two chairs, registration for two company representatives (lunch and reception on Wednesday), and electricity (bring extension cords). Registration will open at 7:00 a.m. on Wednesday, with exhibitor set-up beginning at 7:30 a.m. (no set-up allowed on Tuesday as exhibit hall will still be under construction).  Unlike our Annual Conference, no online layout is available for companies to select their location. However, Corporate Partners and conference sponsors will be given the opportunity to reserve a specific table in advance along with special a special listing in our conference printed material and recognition at their assigned table.

• 7:30 a.m. /Setup for Tabletop Exhibits (Ballrooms A-C)
• 8:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. / Water & Wastewater Training Sessions (Meeting Rooms 1 & 2 and Ballroom D)
• 9:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. / Exhibits Open (Ballrooms A-C)
• 11:30 a.m. / Lunch with the Exhibitors (Ballrooms A-C)
• 1:00 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. / Water & Wastewater Training Sessions (Ballroom D)
• 4:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. / Member Appreciation Reception with Exhibitors (Ballrooms A-C)
