Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of the Kentucky Rural Water Association.  Our member utilities guarantee an enhanced quality of life for nearly ninety-five percent (95%) of the public drinking water and wastewater customers across the Commonwealth of Kentucky, making KRWA the largest utility organization of the state.

Below is an outline for each of our main membership categories, including their annual dues.

Voting Utility

$515 – $1,850 (62 cents per connection) - Any water district, water association, municipality or other similar entity providing water/wastewater utility services in Kentucky.

Associate Utility

$515 per year - Any for-profit corporation or private utility providing water/wastewater utility services. Associate Utility members have no voting rights in matters concerning KRWA.

Associate

$515 per year - Any individual, partnership, corporation, or organization that provides goods, materials, professional services, or other services to water/wastewater utilities.
