Plans are underway for Kentucky Rural Water Association’s 31st Annual Conference and Exhibition, scheduled for August 23 through August 25, 2010 at the Galt House Hotel and Suites in Louisville, Kentucky. We are anticipating another great Annual Conference but we need YOU to make it happen!

Highlights include:

• Up to a total of 12 hours of continuing education credit for operators and water district commissioners can be earned—6 hours on Monday, 3 hours on Tuesday afternoon, and 3 hours on Wednesday morning. (See Agenda At a Glance for further details.)
• The KRWA Golf Scramble at Nevel Meade Golf Course, 3123 Nevel Meade Drive in Prospect, Kentucky (limited to the first 128 golfers).
• The President’s Reception on Monday evening to kickoff the opening of the Exhibit Hall. Be sure and check the Announcement Board and use it to post surplus equipment, job openings, announcements and exhibitor promotions.
• Tuesday Shines beginning at 7:30 a.m. with the Member Appreciation Breakfast followed by a full day of activities that include the Annual Business Meeting, Exhibitors’ Luncheon, more Cash Drawings, and the General Session with a line-up of speakers you won’t want to miss. The day will conclude with the KRWA Evening Extravaganza.
• Wednesday morning Breakout Sessions will offer a variety of topics from which attendees may choose. (See Agenda at a Glance for further details.)
• Conference activities will conclude on Wednesday with the Wooden Bucket Award Luncheon and valuable door prize giveaways.
