Assistance
On-site technical assistance programs form the cornerstone for Kentucky Rural Water Association and are reflected in our creed, helping water and wastewater utilities help themselves. Our “Circuit Rider” approach to providing assistance is hands-on, non-regulatory and training-based and has resulted in over 60,000 on-site technical assistance contacts.
