Kentucky Rural Water Finance Corporation

The Kentucky Rural Water Finance Corporation (KRWFC) is excited to introduce the new Flexible Term Finance Program.   This program provides competitive-rate financing to eligible borrowers for projects or purchases at fixed or floating rates.   Repayment terms range from 1-25 years, depending on the type of project.

The Kentucky Rural Water Finance Corporation (KRWFC) is in it's sixth year of offering the Interim Finance Program.  This program provides short-term construction financing to borrowers who have received a loan committment from USDA-Rural Development for long-term financing for an infrastructure project.  Interest rates range from 1% to 3%.
